Can’t beat the price and generally I’ve had good and courteous service here. Yesterday we returned a phone that we bought two days earlier and couldn’t hear on it even after turning up volume both on outside and in settings. Spoke on the phone to same lady I purchased from about the problem we were having. Went in with phone and told her I had reset and we had not even removed the plastic on it as we had not received the case we ordered yet. Gave her the phone and she got a new one out, had to pay another activation fee and when my sister tried it she said it was low also and the clerk said well yeah the plastic is covering the part you listen from. HEAD SMACK! TRULY D*** ON OUR PART. I said to her that next time someone calls with this issue ask them that, lol. Then she got a little rude and in not so nice a tone said ‘Well it never occurred to me someone wouldn’t unwrap the phone’. And I get that it was stupid that it didn’t occur to us which is WHY I was saying now that you’re aware of it you could ask people that question. No need to be rude. BUYER BEWARE: took insurance for $11 a month when my husband got his new phone and when he broke the screen first month we called to get repaired. We were sent to a place in Metairie and paid $29 deductible and they changed the screen. We found out at that time that it voids our one year warranty with Apple but I thought since we had insurance through them we would need to use that. Discovered since then, AppleCare is $7.49 a month including loss and theft and there’s an Apple store in Covington. ??♀️

I’m pissed!!!! I brought my daughter to get wireless service here & she asked if they could bring the chair from outside so I could come in & sit down because I can’t stand for long periods of time & they said no & now there’s an employee sitting outside on the chair, while playing on his phone!!!! What happened to accommodating ADA People!?!?!?! ??????
