I'm the kind of person that ask questions so to amazing customer service is essential to me. The store is always nice and tidy. The bathroom are clean that's one of my pet pevs so love that. “Who the manager is this week.... no one ever knows. Always someone different and it's still the most organized well stocked store around. The employees are always so sweet and helpful. Occasionally they get a dud but they don't last long. The crew at this store is always working on the store and running the register like a pro.”

“The Dollar General in Sorento is a good spot to stop and pick up any of several items. This is a convenient location, right on Airline Highway and easy to enter and exit. The store is relatively clean and fairly well stocked. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.”

“The employees in all of my stores in Ascension Parish in LA...Gonzales, Prairieville, ST Amant...are all very helpful. Please take note that all stores have the same problem. They are understaffed and that does not allow adequate time to stock merchandise. There is always a line and usually only 2 or 3 workers, often including management. It is very convenient for all general needs but not if it's not on the shelves. we have many stores in our area but not enough workers. Everyone agrees on this and I often shop elsewhere because I can see the line before I walk in. In this area, we prefer to shop your stores than larger stores like Walmart.”

“The cashier was real nice. I came here to get snacks before going to the movies and they had a great selection of cheap snacks for this occasion. I like the self checkout but I didn't like the idea that I would of had to go to an app to get deals on my order. I should be able to sign up with the cashier or on the self check out. Or the deals should be available to everyone. Beyond that everything was great and they do accept EBT too”
“I was visiting Louisiana in May and had been to about 3 OTHER DG stores before this one. ALL of the others were absolutely disgusting!!! Merchandise all over the floors and what was on the shelves was also a total mess! I could hardly move through the isles! Very poorly managed! I would give them all a zero, EXCEPT THIS STORE! Walking into this Dollar General, after having been to the others, was like walking into another world! It was so very clean and well organized! The shelves were very well stocked! And the manager I spoke with, who I commended, was very nice. If only all Dollar General were this well managed, it would be wonderful!”
