Relay Station is a locally owned hole-in-the-wall general store, gas station, and casino with a giant hot foods deli that has a giant cult-like following. The establishment is older and the truck parking lot has huge potholes, trash, tires, and high weeds. While the grocery store is clean, some items are very expensive. The true saving grace is the deli, known for its excellent and delicious food that you can smell from outside. The line is often all the way through the store, with items selling out quickly. The menu includes fantastic spicy boudin, fried fish, okra, catfish, pork loin meals, greens, cornbread, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes, all at decent prices for the portion size. The food is cooked perfectly and worth the stop, though beer is not sold on Sundays. Many customers plan to return.
I should’ve taken a picture of before and after my food, but I forgot. I stopped here on 6/2/26 at 4pm and got the baked chicken and I can’t even describe in detail how good it was. Words cannot express the deliciousness accurately. It was phenomenal. Thank yall!!

Great place to find all the famous independent creator spices and products you have been seeing on Facebook and YouTube. Skip the chicken craklins thought. Thay are really just spicy chicken nuggets, unless that is what you want.
