TJ is so knowledgeable! I would still be searching for products in the saturated online market, if I hadn’t had come across him in GNC at Ft. Polk. He helped me save money by becoming a member and he helps me make educated decisions on which products have the best ingredients for me. Rachael is great. She is attentive but not like a helicopter. She helped up find what we were looking for. We just moved to town and forgot to change our address on our membership. She made the changes for us and even offered to contact customer service to have our pro box resent to us. Then, just when I thought she couldn't be any better, she noticed it was my husband's birthday. She had him check his email for his birthday email. We found and and used it. She goes above and beyond for customers. Her customer service is top notch, and her sense of humor is priceless.
