Very good service by Mrs Pitman. She was very knowledgeable and even helped me with other concerns about previous tax returns and IRS questions. She processed all the documentation online, easily and promptly. You get a hard copy of your tax return. If you have any balance to pay they help you to submit it right away and if you have any refund they also set that for you online. Also the person who checked me-in helped me with the HR Block App. Everyone was very helpful and attentive! I’m definitely doing business with HR Block next year.

They were very patient and nice. I've never gone in to file my taxes but I assume that all other tax places wouldn't be as helpful as H&R BLOCK
