The worst post office I have ever seen. The woman at the counter was rude. When the status of my package showing that this post office in possession of my package for over a week without moving to the next location. I brought my receipt to the post office just simply wanted to have someone check and make sure my packet wasn't accidently left behind without being transferred. (I will be submitting a missing package inquiry on USPS website once someone in this post office confirmed that my package was no longer at here). However, this woman looked at me like I was crazy and told me that there was nothing she can do to help, because the post office policy states that no packages should stay in their office overnight... Just because of that, she truly fully believed that it was waste of her time to check their processing area to make sure. At that moment, my mind was like, are you serious, lady? When she saw the confusion on my face and didn't walk away immediately, she started rolling her eyes and yelling at me: " I go to get a supervisor!" When her supervisor walked out, the woman kept repeating the post office policy that she just mentioned and interrupting the conversation when I was speaking to her supervisor... OMG, it was killing me...Thank you for sharing your post office policy, but the policy was not helpful with explaining why my package was not moving in your system for a week. Lady, please do us a favor and consider dropping off your retirement packet if you were tired of providing customer service besides of just simply receiving packages and charging money. Working at the counter with this attitude is a torture for both customers and yourself. Thank you in advance.

Horrible customer service. Will not read their own rules when mailing. They act like their customers are an inconvenience when approaching the counter.

Absolute worse experience in a post office. They were extremely rude especially the lady named Sam. Business should be conducted professionally not with rudeness and telling us we're wrong when we've not received our packages.

Only 2 of the workers know how to handle the customers and packages. Always had issues with my packages either being lost in the sauce somewhere in the back or the workers just being down right lazy and for me to come back another day, only for them to say the same thing again the following day.

I wish a professional working there told me sending a laptop via plane is forbidden before I paid 100$ and it returned to me the next day. Money down the drain…

Sam works the front counter and she’s personable - a real connector and helpful . Fort Polk is blessed to have her.

This is the worst post office I've ever had to use. I've lived here for approximately 3 years and I've had nothing but problems from them.

Scanned my package as delivered today at 1:01 pm in sycamore point apartments never received it. Mail lady was outside when it was scanned and I got the notification on my phone. Asked her at 1:06pm where it she said she didn’t have it or see it even though it said she just scanned it. Asked her to check the other boxes she did wasn’t in there. Asked her how it got scanned just now??? Believe it’s postal carrier theft. It was a medication this is unacceptable

No one in the post office accepts any responsibility for lost packages. It is nothing but a blame game to the installation mail office. Granted they aren’t better either but no one knows where a package is at. The company filed a claim and was denied by USPS because when the package was scanned in, it came up as “individual picked up” which said individual (me) has yet to even see the package. Now we’re battling this post office on rectifying their screw up.
