“The lady working yesterday around noon had a long line when I arrived and more than one upset customer for reasons that clearly were not her fault. The customer in front of me was rude to her and she handled it as patiently as possible, the customer then held up the line over a question she should have asked Amazon before she ever got there. Very professional and awesome staff, that employee deserves a raise.”

Let’s just say I’m not the most tech savvy person, and this man had the patience of Job, was able to get my printing done quickly and probably save this girl from a total meltdown. As I thanked him numerous times, he always said “that’s what we’re here for“. While I agree, let me tell you customer service like that is hard to find these days and when I do, I want to make sure it is recognized and rewarded. Unlike my experience with Office Depot, which has always been frustrating, unhelpful, and bordering on downright rude, FedEx has a new customer for life.”
