Placed an online order which i planned to get picked up on curbside since i wasn’t able to get out of my vehicle, when i got there for some reason the app wouldn’t give me an option for curbside pick so i called the store not only did “Sandy” who picked up the phone hung up on me once but when i called a second time she put me on hold without notice then hung up again so i had to call a third time, same person answered and finally brought out my order.

Switched to this pharmacy a month ago and the first two and only two prescriptions were wrong! The first prescription was double with the wrong instructions the second was short the amount. I don’t recommend this pharmacy we will be going back to Dutchtown pharmacy across the street where we never had any issues.
Very unorganized and not very friendly either.

Although I don’t have very many prescriptions filled there, I like going to this Walgreen’s. It’s clean, well-stocked, organized, & has friendly, helpful staff not afraid to ask a customer if they need help!

I lived away from Geismar for six years, and when I left, this pharmacy was a mess. Now that I’m back, nothing has changed—they are still the most unorganized and unreliable pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is completely incompetent, and no one seems to know what they’re doing.
I spent a week and a half going back and forth with different employees, each giving me different answers about my prescription. Frustrated, I finally gave up and went back to the pharmacy I used for the past six years—45 minutes away. They filled my prescription in five minutes, and it cost me $0. Meanwhile, this pharmacy tried to charge me $300 because they don’t even know how to properly apply insurance.
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted and able to obtain my merchandise quickly. I was even able to pay it forward and be a productive part of society. So many bitter and selfish people in this life; it is nice to be nice. Thank you for the great service store #11196.

Ms. Melissa in Cosmetics is the most lively vibrant person I have ever been greeted by in a store! Every time I come in, she is full of smiles, plus she's very helpful when I'm trying to find something.
All employees have been helpful, and the cashiers are friendly.
I see a lot of people complaining about the pharmacy, and I admit that if you go during their busy hours, the wait is long.
Otherwise, I find pharmacists to be attentive and professional. Every time I call, they answer almost immediately. Any questions I have about medications are answered. I'm notified if there's an issue with a medication and partial refills are available. If you set up notifications, you can get s.M.s. messages about your meds, like when they're ready.

Incompetent and slow even without a line. I chose leaving the store without my medicine rather than sitting and waiting an hour for them to figure out how to do their job.

This pharmacy ranks up there with the worst there is. Very unorganized. I transferred all of my prescriptions to Amazon Pharmacy so I do not have to deal with this place. Unbelievable what you have to go through to get ONE prescription!

The staff is super helpful and very cordial. The pharmacy staff was very patient. They are pretty consistent with helpfulness.
