“I’ll say that this is possibly the nicest woman behind the counter and most helpful that I have met since moving to North Louisiana. The mail service will be the mail service and there’s not much you can do about it from time to time. However, this woman certainly had the opportunity to act like she just wanted to go home for the day and she certainly did not. One of the kindest people that I have met. I just wish I knew your name to put you in here. Thank you so much. You guys keep up the great work and the small town service.”

“Our Post Office in Keithville LA is very good. Sometimes when it rains our mail gets soaked. That's everyone. I've never had that happen anywhere I ever lived, and we lived on the gulf coast where it rained all the time. I won't get down on our mail carrier because I know they all work hard lugging our packages and mail. The only reason why I took one star off is because of an issue with package delivery, sometimes. I've had packages pushed in the mailbox and I could barely get them out. I recently got this box with this supposedly small bucket. I bought it for a baby gift. The box was smashed and so was the bucket. I hope we can glue it back together. It was part of a charity contribution so I'm not going to complain to the charity. This was caused by the Postal Service that sent the box through, not our local carrier. For the most part, I acknowledge their difficulty in getting everything done.”
