One star because it took a week for the 3 day delivery. Then I called and basically got the feeling that they forgot to process the order. 3 days later the couch ripped. Two months later I’m still waiting for the repair to be made and making all payments. Go to conns They actually want your business! And I’m reporting to the bbb because this place is a bad business.

I have contacted Shawn on more than 3 occasions to have my refrigerator fixed. He sent the rudest service guy out to my home and told me buy a fan and defrost my refrigerator. At this point I’ve already lost over $300 in food and I’ve had the refrigerator at that time for about 6 months. In the last 90 days I’ve had to defrost my refrigerator about 40 times. I’ve asked for a District Manager to reach out and still no assistance! I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN from the Gonzales office. I only purchased because it was COVID and my refrigerator went out! This has been the worst experience EVER!

I’ve always done business with Aarons several different stores. Had great experience with Denham and Hammond stores but this one here in Gonzales is the worst store ever!!!!! I will never buy another thing from them. I pay my bills every month but never put anything on easy pay. They have continued after I ask them every month not to run my card. And the manager has lied to me more than several times my card has been taken off. Now this month it’s been ran twice. Worst store ever.

I been with Aaron over 5 years I never had nothing bad to say until now because they were taking my payment off my card I tried to get a hold of the manager Iike i was asked but every time i call back i was told he was not there now I'm homeless with a 74 year old mother with copd and a 9 month grandbaby and all i was won't them to to is reduced my payment do to the covid 19 because my husband lost his job because of this so all can say is thank to you all me and my family will be homeless now and I will not get any more thing from you all.

I have not done any business with these people. Never step foot in their store. These crazy people has been calling my phone everyday attempting to collect some past due balance. Even after i asked them to stop calling and threatening to file charges for harassment. They really think i was kidding when i said i am going to file harassment charges.

Haha archaic rent to own business structure preying on the financially irresponsible. I went in to buy furniture with cash directly but their items are still overpriced. My advice would be to compare their prices with your phone and see if they would match a competitors price if you "have" to have something from there.

I have been a customer to Aarons for a few years now. Never any problems. Im not sure why there are bad reviews...if you make sure to pay on time everytime then everything goes smoothe. Just make sure not to borrow what you cant pay back. All employees at Aaron has always been a pleasure. Keep up the good work!
