The store was clean, the associates did not speak upon entry however made their way over upon request. Once the attention was received the experience was better to offer a four star.

I am a stickler for excellent customer service at the stores I patronize.. My son and I walked past 3 sales associates on Saturday evening at the Gonzales store and not a single one said a word. No hello nor is there something I can help you with. So we went on looking for the product that we came in the store for. I had a question when I could not find the exact style of chinos that I was looking for. As I approached a teenage female associate who had long curly/wavy she was texting on her phone as she was folding pants along the wall. I stood there patiently looking at her as she finished her text message and I just looked at her. In return she just stared at me as well. So I said to my son “So she’s still not going to say anything?!?!” So then she asks if I need some help all after the fact. I was highly agitated. I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a sales associate. Clearly this location doesn’t focus on providing good customer service. I should have followed my first mind and walked out when no one greeted us upon entering the store!

Brittany is extremely helpful and kind! Every time I’ve been to the store, she’s greeted us and helped us out above and beyond expectations.

Be aware...staff cheated me twice!In an almost empt store they let us waiting for quite some time.They did not give the anounced discounts on all items ans even after specifically asking for it, we ended up paying much more than quoted.I think the staff was not really interested in a meaningful customer service.

I hadn’t bought myself jeans in years so I went to AE and let me tell you, Patsy was so awesome and helpful. Patsy helped me pick out the best style/ size for me and made me feel so comfortable while shopping and trying on. I went back today, months later and she remembered me. Patsy is the real MVP
