Huge shout out to Lorena Rodrigues, and Milii Anderson they are excellent employees that went above and beyond to help me fix my phone that froze up after updating. I thought I lost everything and was very upset especially because I have all of my late parents voicemails saved. The process took a good bit of time and Lorena was not giving up, she was so patient and finally was able to fix it, and did not lose anything ? They worked as a team Lorena was helping me and Milii was helping customers as well as helping Lorena between customers. They both rock! ?

I will never go back to this store. I recently went to this store to upgrade my iphone 13 to a 15 pro max and the sales associate added another line by accident, which is fine, but fix it. This was February 13, 2024 and today is March 2, 2024 and I still have not gotten this resolved. I went back to the store and the sales associate there told me to come back again because she did not know how to fix it to a upgrade as I requested in the first place, which i was eligible for. My current phone line still says upgrade ready. I have several devices with AT&T and will not be looking to do business with them in the future. I also contacted AT&T several times about this and they just still have not been able to get this resolved. Not sure what happen to AT&T, but this not the same company they once were.

Sad. One star is better than actual as a lower score wasnt available. Multiple customers got tired of the incompetence and left. Horrible experience.

I don't like giving low reviews, but the fact that this store is so understaffed deserves mentioning. I have been here over an hour and no sign of getting waited on anytime soon. Not the first time to wait a long time. There is literally one employee in the store during the after 5 shift, and she is helping a family purchase new phines. Kudos to her for handling the situation with grace and professionalism. She deserves a raise.

Just upgraded 2 phones and they added services that we didn’t ask for. Went back to have them removed and was told it’s a requirement. Called AT&T and was told it’s not a requirement. But now I have to wait 15 days to have it removed. AT&T told me they do this in hopes that you don’t catch it so they make commission off of it. In my opinion, this is stealing.

I purchased a phone from this store on last week. Heather and Milisha were amazing. They made sure I got the best phone that would work for me and my job. They took the time to help me pick a phone and not just any phone. They sales approach is awesome and they are very friendly. I would definitely recommend people to this store and I will be back in the future.

Isabella was very helpful and friendly. We were prepared for a long wait but she managed a steadily busy Christmas Eve alone both professionally and efficiently. Upgraded phone, added line, made some changes to account…easy. Will return!

They only 2 employees and 4 customers getting upgrades. I waited for 15 minutes and had to leave. I suppose I'll go back at a better time.

The lady that works in Gonzales LA. Super unprofessional, looks like she hates works with customers . She pretends she don't knows nothing that we ask for, not helpfully at all. There has two workers. I’m Brazilian and the one I am talking about she looks like spanish. She hates her job over there!

Drove to the store during its normal open hours and they taped a hand made sign to the door saying they had went to lunch. No indication what time they would be back or anything

If you’re going to change store hours and lock the door allowing only 2 customers, post that info so we can opt for another location.Newsflash folks-The store is locked at 530 and only customers are allowed in at a time.

Warning! Only one "employee" on staff to "assist." She never left her chair to help any customers. She also didn't get any account information to better help our needs and would not let us look at a phone. They have the Z Flip, but in the wrong display case, so you couldn't see the flipping mechanism. Take the extra 5 minutes to go to Gonzales.
