“Very pleased with the service I get from this tire shop. Had shaky steering issue in my sienna, so I wanted to narrow down cause, they only charge 10 bucks a tire to balance. Well I had a tire thru a belt and this was causing my steering problem. Got a used tire from them for 45 bucks and now my van drives smooth. Very happy”

“Honest work and price. My exhaust fell off and they put it back on by welding it and fixed a leak all together for $30 cant beat that price and was less than 20min when they got it on the lift. Also over heard them call a customer that they couldn’t fix their problem and recommend them a shop down the street instead of working on something they couldn’t handle. I did a walk in and was told 2-3hr wait but only waited an hour before getting on the lift. I would come back and do business with them again ?”

“I had the best and the worst experience ever. I bought tires from one vendor. I have a BMW and the tires/rims on the back of my car are different than the tires on the front. Vendor told me they couldn’t get one of my tires off, so they couldn’t change it. I had a 45 minute appointment and I was there for over three hours. When they were “done”, they asked me to back my car out as the shop was otherwise locked as we were over an hour past closing and it was raining. I started my car and immediately noticed that my driver side front tire was locked. Well, you know the drill “oh, it’s not us. This never happened before. Something is wrong with your brakes.” To make a very long story shorter, they would not allow my car to remain inside of the shop but they wanted to go home. They told me if I left it in the shop, it would be towed. Eventually, they backed it out with my tire locked into the parking lot and I had to call someone to pick me up. I got home and I immediately messaged Randy at Brakes for Less. Well, let’s just say that the following day was eventful for both of us. I had someone tow my car to Randy. Randy immediately called me. The tow truck driver was his nephew and he knows cars inside and out and after talking to Randy, they immediately knew what was going on. Randy told me that nothing was wrong with my brakes. They put the back rim on my front tire and it was sort of stuck against my strut. When I reported this to the other vendor, he wanted my car returned to them. Randy put on the tire that they could not and was gracious enough to swap the wrongly installed rims with the wrong tires on them so I could at least drive back to the other vendor. The other vendor still could not get the tires off to correct the issue so Randy sent one of his guys (awesome and amazing Larry) to do it at their shop. Larry informed me that they had stripped all of my lugs and ruined my stems because they were using an 18 instead of a 17 mm whatever (I don’t know what it is called.) Anyway, I again returned to Randy’s shop and they fixed everything. They inspected my tires and my rims and luckily nothing was ruined. They inspected my strut and told me that the paint had been scratched off but otherwise it was fine. We are repeat customers of Brakes for Less and Randy and his crew always goes above and beyond, but he did not charge me a penny. This is the most awesome customer service. This business is an exception in this incompetent world. Much love and praise. They give me hope!!!!!!”
