>25 mins in the pharmacy drive thru, my 3rd day here. Day 1 the tech told me she couldn't find my daughter's script, day 2 it wasn't ready after they told me it would be ready by 5pm. Day 3 I'm going over 25 mins in the line and only 2 cars are ahead of me.

My husband dropped off a time sensitive package here because it was listed as one of the drop points for UPS, being he gets out of work late this was the only option he had. My husband's customer called him a week later telling him he never received the package and the location still showed at the store.. My husband concerned called the store only to find out they never actually shipped it apparently they don't care that they have packages just sitting there.... Horrible service do not drop off your packages here they could care less.

Place is a joke. Was told I needed a prescription. For insulin syringes. That’s crazy. Refused to sell to me because they don’t “do that” at their store.

I asked my Dr to send my Rx to Walgreens and he accidentally sent it to CVS. It's really sad how much worse they are with filling it, texting you, updating the status in the app, etc. Then when you speak with them you can tell they are so overworked and stressed. God bless those workers. But, I have to choose Walgreens. It's just that much better.

Waited in the drive-thru line just for them to close the metal roll-down window as it was my turn to pull up to the window at 1:25. Their sign says they close between 1:30 and 2:00 every day, not 1:25. They could’ve easily gave me my script within that 5 minute span. It seems like I have a bad experience at this location more often than not.

Passport camera has been broken for over a year, yet they advertise to get it done at CVS. Wasted trip. Also they are low on staff. Store feels neglected.

Service is horrible. Cashier in pharmacy was looking on her phone. They made me call another CVS to see if they had my sons medicine, which they did and was very helpful. Only to have the pharmacist go find it on the shelf after the other pharmacist said they were out.

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone in a timely manner EVER. Good luck trying to get a prescription status...18 minutes is a seriously long hold time.

Everytime I call or visit this CVS location, there is an issue. Just called to ask a question to the pharmacy. The pharmacy clerk who answered the phone was barely audible. I asked the question, she put me on hold, then disconnected the call. Same service when I visit.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Never fill your prescriptions at this place. The 7 girls behind the counter sit there gossiping, eating and talking about how they “never do their job right and don’t even try” (yes one of them literally said this so loud that I could hear her lol) while there’s 20+ people waiting in line. They are always out of my script and it takes literally FOREVER to get anyone on the phone (I was on hold for well over an hour when I called and then they actually hung up on me right after answering so I had to call back and get placed on hold AGAIN). I waited in line in store for 30+ min. (Their drive-thru was closed, for no apparent reason). When I expressed frustration at the wait times on the phone and in-store just to find out they don’t have my script in stock, the girl told me they were “short staffed”! I laughed and said girl, you got 7 people back there! Someone I was in line with said they were there the other day, and the line was to the door so they had to come back. If corporate knew how this CVS was run, the manager would be fired immediately. RUN. There are plenty of small, family-owned pharmacies in ascension where the people working have half a brain. I went down the street to Lagniappe pharmacy and they had my script, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money here.

This cvs is probably the most respectable cvs out of any one I’ve been too. The staff is very friendly and the store and always clean and if I need help with anything they always help.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because yelp wont let me give less. Every time I come here they NEVER have my prescription ready!!! Today my prescription was called in from the doctors office at 1:00, it is now 7:00 and they are saying it will be another HOUR!!! This place is the worst!!!!

The hold time to speak to someone in the pharmacy here is RIDICULOUS. I have called twice today at not busy times. The first time I hung up after waiting 30 mins with no one picking up. Now I have been on hold for 35 mins, after calling back 2 hours later, and still no one will pick up. It's incredibly frustrating and rude considering people are trying to reach them to get important medicines that they need.

I used to love CVS, bc I loved their Extra Bucks, but the perks no longer out way the horrible customer service and lack in decent employees. The pharmacy is always out of my prescriptions, or they're not ready even though they're on auto-refill. The store is dirty (we saw a rat just chillin last time) and the music is always migraine inducing...and that's one of my meds they're always late filling (my migraine meds). I'd just go through the drive through, but they always have it closed, bc apparently they can't operate a drive through line and an indoor line at the same time. I'm transferring my scripts to a small, mom and pop pharmacy. Here's a pic of the CVS rat.
