I guess no one told Evelyn (elderly lady working the register 11/8/24 @1100) that she work be in a customer service position. She doesn’t greet customers, no closing thank you. She ripped the bag overstuffing the items, I had to ask for another bag. Evelyn needs some serious customer service training.

Mrs Kim always gives me great service at the check out. The entire staff is pretty Awesome and helpful. The store is very clean and well stocked. Keep up the good work! Highly recommend!

Quick and easy in and out shopping! I actually only brought $2 inside with me to avoid compulsive spending lmao ? I absolutely love the Dollar Tree, I don’t care what anyone says about it! This location had aisles of so many things I haven’t seen in the store before! They have everything here!

This morning I called this location to see about setting up or collaborating on a back to school initiative with the company I work for. The tone of the person on the phone was unwelcoming. They said that they were Manager on Duty (MOD). I stated my purpose and she said, "I think this is a scam." Then, hangs up in my face. I called back in disbelief and. She proceeded to be rude. Obviously, this location does care about there community or even the basics of customer service. I suggest Dollar Tree re-educate there team members.
