Worst service imaginable. Power has gone out 10 times so far this summer, restoration times take hours longer than projected, and representatives are nearly impossible to reach.

Lost power Saturday at 330p. Checked outage map. Our entire subdivision was without power. Update says to be restored by 12p the next day. They must have found the issue. Power restored within 2 hours. Good job !
