Horrible customer service. Should not take AN ENTIRE MONTH to get someone to come install a new service(only have to run a wire from power line to house.) Only company that has held us up in getting to move into our new house. Horrible.

Just rented a trailer and I've been trying for almost a week to get the lights switched from the landlord to mine, still waiting. I also cannot get my water connected until I have a date from energy. Every person they connected me to has told me something different. Mad that this company services my address, I prefer demco.

Excellent service was given by Harley. The electrical box outside had ground water in it causing corrosion on one of the 120 volt lines that is shared with the neighbors. He was able to remedy the situation in 20 minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Highest recommendation possible!!!
