First time trying Freddy's and had a horrible experience. I really can't critique the food since I went inside & canceled my order before actually getting it. Very rude & disrespectful employee that night. Maybe I'll give another location a try, but I will never go back to that one...

I dont know how you forget a bun on a burger but they didnt have a problem forgetting. Poor customer service and poor quality.

The staff is super nice, food is delicious but places is freezing like if you go to a meat freezer...therefore if you wanna eat in there take a jacket, sweater or sweatshirt...if not you can do like us and eat at their outside seating area.

Food and service was awesome experience, my 1st time going and will be back. The staff cleaned the whole time I was there. Good tea. Really enjoyed my icecream.
