“WOW is all I can say. I am from Texas & my husband is working in Donaldsonville so I came to visit him. I googled “CrossFit gyms near me” this one popped up & there I went. The people were SO extremely welcoming.. I was there for 2 mins & already felt apart of their “group”. Everyone said good job & told me to come back. The gym itself is incredible. So big & has multiple of each equipment. I loved the track they had in there. The trainer was GREAT. So very helpful & made sure to take the time away from class to help me make sure I had the right weights & that I knew what I was doing. He was very patient with me! Everyone was. Such a great experience & I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is gym searching in the area!! Thank you APAR!!”

“Good gym. Its clean. The owner ryan is great. Gym has good clean equipment thats in good shape.Only complaint is the shower rooms. Only place to sit is the toilets. There is one small bench in mens shower room, but if you sit there you have to leave your bag on the bathroom floor. Which obviously is not a great move. Id like to see some shower mats and somewhere to sit and put your bags. I dont feel like that is a big request considering this place charges 60 a month.”
