I would shop at Lowe’s a lot more than I do, but I hate using the self check outs. Why can’t they have at least one or two cashiers on duty.

This is not the first bad experience with this store but this weekend was the worse. I place an order online Friday morning with all items showing more than one in store. Get a call 3 hours later to tell me, everything was ready but one item wasn't available. Ok, no help in me finding other options. I decided to call the next closest store(Siegn Lane) to me, and they say they had it. I place the order. My contractor went to the other store to pick up the one item that this store did not have only to get to this store and the laminated countertop size they pulled was wrong and damaged. When the contractor go to load the items, he noticed that the other store gave him the wrong item as well. I had to go back there Saturday morning to get the right one. Contractor began the job and noticed a item missing. I called this store to inform them and the person said come back and get it. Out of an almost 800.00 purchase, the item missing was only 10 and change. They starting telling me the know they gave the item but yet I had to purchase another from my local store to finish the job. These people went to look at the camera to see if I was lying. Now, I was also trying to purchase something in place of it so it's not like I wanted the money. I could see if I said one of the higher price items was missing. Last but not least, after the manager comes from looking at the camera, not knowing I knew that's what he was doing, I said, oh so it wasn't in the bag, he proceeded to say, oh, I don't know, I was just making sure she knew how to override or not override.......POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOO MANY ERRORS

Went today to trade in a couple lifetime warranty tools and had a lot of tools out of stock including channel lock brand tools which is very annoying and inconvenient considering they're common tools. I'm very tempted to never buy tools Craftsman & Kobalt tools after this experience even with blowout sales. Home Depot is much better at having Husky tools in stock, but too bad Home Depot isn't closer to my house.

This location has poor customer service. I have called several times about my delivery order and keep getting placed on hold for long periods of time. I have worked in customer service several years and this has been yet my worst experience every with a consumer. I will not recommend purchasing any appliance from this location. I understand their might be several things going on at a time but this experience is not acceptable at all. I become impatient and usually my patience and acceptance to most things is with empathy and understanding. The importance of being attentive and polite should be evaluated again at this location. Please improve or more valuable customers such as myself will walk out or cancel orders after purchase.

I am having the worst experience dealing with a warranty replacement on a washer. Calling the store to try to fix your problem is not the answer with these folks. They will continuously pick up the phone and put you on hold until their shift is over. You will be listening to elevator music for as long s you're willing to. You will also be calling over and over to try to figure out if someone is really doing this to you. No one wants to work at that store. If you have a problem, then they look at you as a burden.It's disgusting to have to deal with them.

Lowe’s Delivery is garbage. The person who manages it is awful. Ordered ~$2K of materials on 11/26. Most of it was delivered on 11/30, and even though half of it was well outside the delivery window, I was home and all was ok. However there were a few key components that were not delivered. At least 3 times between 11/30 and 12/8 I received notices that the remainder of the order was on the way, but no one ever showed up. I had to rush home from work a couple of times to be there, but it was all for nothing. When I called I was told items were on the truck and they would just be late. I fiinally spoke to the Delivery Manager, who, after she made up facts, blamed me for not getting some imaginary emails that supposedly gave me updates on one of the items, and hung up on me at one point, finally told me the items were never even at the store. They delayed my project by a week by promising things were on the way that they never even had in possessionI cancelled the remaining order, drove to Millerville, and bought what I needed from there. That’s the biggest joke of all.

Lowes double charged me for a refrigerator. Had to chase my own tail for 4 MONTHS to get them to issue the credit for the overcharge. The mgr at the N. Baton Rouge store told me that waiting 4 months for a credit was somehow acceptable and she was very put out that she had to solve my concern while giving me BAD attitude the whole time!I recommend you purchase your big ticket appliance items at Home Depot or ANYPLACE OTHER THAN LOWES, America! Vote for superior customer service with your dollars and your feet!

Employees are helpful when approached. Store has most common hardware and home improvement items. For specialty items you need to shop specialty stores. That being said most of the stock is of average quality.

Rude, rude, rude. Looking for a grill and was helped by a snotty, disrespectful, rude employee, finally just walked away and the management was very unhelpful also. Typical liberal run company. I won't be back.

Great selection of air filters for your home. Easy to find the right size. Only thing I didn’t like was all the check outs were self. So I went down to the contractors check out. Why are all these businesses going to self check out? Went here to get sandpaper, and there are never any one checking out they’re all self checkouts same question why self check out?

I like it when I go in Lowe's and I don't have to ask for help, the workers were terrific and always willing to help
