104 North Airline Highway, Gonzales LA 70737
“I had an exceptional experience at the UPS Store in Gonzales today. The older woman assisting customers is truly outstanding—professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She handled my transaction quickly, anticipated what I needed, and even took the time to offer practical recommendations to help me save money on future shipments. It has been a very long time since I’ve seen someone manage customer interactions with this level of competence and confidence. This is exactly how customer service should be done. I will absolutely return and recommend this location to others.”

37459 Ultima Plaza Boulevard Ste B, Prairieville LA 70769
“I gotta say, I really appreciate the team at this location! They made a printing job I needed ASAP, super easy, fast and stress free. And they did it while one of their POS was down with a line almost out the door. I'm truly grateful for their patience, attentiveness and I gotta s/o their manager for leading the way 🤗”

“I highly recommend this UPS store in Baton Rouge over others - I drive 15 minutes out of my way to come here instead of the one right by my house due to the cleanliness, quickness, and kindness from the employees”
