Very poor customer service. Stored closed at 7:30 they told me I had to leave at 7:00 pm Conflict with what customer service was saying on the phone and what the clerk said, Clerk called management and she was very nasty. They tried to force me to buy a product I did not need.

Tried calling the store several times yesterday with no answer, I live in Napoleonville but this used to be my favorite store. Are they even open? Tried to call again today and it's like they're just letting it ring.

They are a bit of a liar when they put up offers. Last time I went because they sent me a message that I could get a Samsung tablet for $15 a month and when I did the paperwork they brought me an Alcatel Tablet

I just went to buy a replacement phone and the guy that was in there was very nice but I guess he was being trained and a girl came and helped she was rude and was verly answering any of my questions if I spoked to her in Spanish, which I new for a fact that she does know how to speak Spanish. And that is not the first time they have been this rude, I would go to another location but with work that is the closest place to my route. I just wish they would do something about the service ? ?
