The Nike Factory Store offers great shoes at reasonable prices, though some customers note limited size availability, particularly for larger sizes in both shoes and men's apparel. Reviews highlight a mix of customer service experiences. Several staff members receive high praise for being helpful, giving undivided attention, making recommendations, and going above and beyond to ensure customers find what they need and leave happy. However, other experiences mention staff described as horrible, with behavior that contrasts sharply with the positive interactions. The store's clothing selection is also noted by some as outdated and lacking in larger sizes.

I had a blast in this store. The employees were nice, the manager asked if I needed anything. It was so many shoes and affordable prices. I loved how clean the store was, it was a wide variety of shoes to choose from. I will definitely stop by here again as I travel.
