I had 2 minutes to get to the bank. I tried to go through the drive thru but it's a maze and the signs said I had to go inside. I parked on the side closest to me and it said I had to go on the OTHER side! By the time I made it over there and parked the bank was closed. I've never been to a regions without a drive thru. Worst experience EVER!

So incredibly slow, not enough staff inside branch. Have to wait an hour or more just to speak with banker. Dont bother coming on your lunch break.

The worst customer service ever...had to go through 15 different options on the automated system to try and get to a LIVE person...then a 7 minute wait on the phone to reach this LIVE person. I'm forced to bank here for business reasons. Otherwise, this business account would be at a CREDIT UNION with the rest of my accounts. Frustrating.
