This experience with T-Mobile is tied with Att as the worst customer experience I've ever had. Believe nothing that comes out of their mouths.

Love the company, went to the location and was ignored when I first got there. Then when I went to explain why I was in there I was met with attitude from the woman at the counter. I’d recommend going to a different location.

Had a bad experience don't think I'll be back even though it's the company of always been with wish someone could resolve that
