The gentleman that helped me Rico answered every question I asked (I'm sure I asked some not so great questions) professionally and timely. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Super Job!!”

“My husband and I went into T-Mobile this weekend to switch from AT&T. We were immediately greeted as we walked In the door by Jordan. We told him we were ready to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile and he assisted us in every step. Jordan ended up saving us over $100 a month and we walked out with new phones, an extra line of phone line and new service for our son’s IPad. Jordan made sure that all of our stuff was switched over without any problems. “Oh I just love Chris at the location in Gonzales on airline he is always so loving caring and helpful he makes me feel so good no question is a stupid question or a dumb question anything I ask he always has the answer and if not he's going to go and find it everyone there actually are sweethearts but I kind of got attached to Chris because besides working he's always willing to give a good conversationhe is truly an angel.. you could be having the worst day and his smile his presence his vibe his Aura will just lift you up and I can't explain how much I or anyone appreciates that...
