“I visited this store March of 25. I wanted an Android with a pen to take notes. I must have asked two dozen questions. The gentleman that helped me Rico answered every question I asked (I'm sure I asked some not so great questions) professionally and timely. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Super Job!!”

“My husband and I went into T-Mobile this weekend to switch from AT&T. We were immediately greeted as we walked In the door by Jordan. We told him we were ready to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile and he assisted us in every step. Jordan ended up saving us over $100 a month and we walked out with new phones, an extra line of phone line and new service for our son’s IPad. Jordan made sure that all of our stuff was switched over without any problems. We are appreciative of the great service that we received, and we will continue to refer people to T-Mobile especially this location.”

“Went to switch my phone from AT&T to Spectrum and had a phenomenal retail experience. I was met at the door by a wonderful employee named Brandi, and she expedited the process for me from start to finish. My old phone would not sync with the network so I was forced to buy a new phone but they gave me 700 bucks as a trade in for my phone and that was what I initially paid for it so that was a nice perk and kept the balance lower than initially expected with the purchase of a new cellular device. Brandi is an awesome employee and representative of the Spectrum brand and deserves all of the praise for handing me such a pleasant customer experience. There was also a man named Tam working that day that was very helpful in his assistance with the technical side of transferring everything over Great experience and I recommend going to see the crew at Spectrum Gonzales, as they are a top tier team of professionals. The store was clean and smelled nice. There was some really good music playing in the store as well. Great job, y'all!”
