“Had to make an emergency stop for tires while passing through from North Louisiana. The guys took care of me in a big big way. Tires mounted and balanced and back on the road super fast! The store itself is beautiful and the people were truly outstanding! Thanks so much! If I could give them 6 stars I would! Awesome customer service!”
“I've been dealing with chabills for a couple of years now. They do great work however I hate the fact that every so many months they change workers. Soon as you learn the guys in the office they move them somewhere else. That's the only issue I have with them.”
“I was with my son that broke down on I-10 and called to have the wrecker bring his truck over to check out damage. Tara and Dave got right on it and found the wheel hub and other parts needed to get started on the repair. They were very helpful under the time issue. The vehicle came in and their team got it all fixed up before closing. I was looking for a couple of Uniroyal tires that have been recently discontinued and Tara found 2 of them close by and is looking for another 2 they maybe order in. Their pricing was excellent and did not jam us up with an emergency up charge for the work. Great asset to the community.”
“Service was absolutely amazing. I was able to get In and out in less than an hour. They are extremely polite and honest. Prices were phenomenal. We will definitely be back in the future.”
“Great service! The staff was friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and completed the work on time. I was satisfied with the quality of the service and would definitely recommend them.”

“Several of my family members have used Johnny Robinson for years and speak highly of him. My car unfortunately had problems when I was on the highway nearby over the weekend I had my car towed there based on my family's experience.
The shop called me early Monday morning. They explained what the issue was and that the problem part had an extended manufacturer warranty. They didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee, which I would have gladly paid.
Highly recommend this shop for honest reliable work.”
“Foo Foo is the best around! I can call him send my daughter by and he makes us both feel confident that she's safe on the highway. I won't go anywhere for a used or new tire now that I have found city rolling! Foo foo keeps our family ROLLIN”
“We had a hole in our tire and we’re losing air pressure quickly. Made it here and they fixed it within 15 minutes. Very nice people, very good job. Highly recommend”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent service! The staff is professional and friendly, prices are fair, and the work is done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Express Tire Plus for anyone in need of tires”
“Awesome customer service!! Stopped in to get air in my tires and come to find out all my tires were bad. The owner, Torey, gave me a spare to ride on cause the back tire had threads coming out. I ordered a whole set of tires and he said that they will be in in the afternoon. He called me 4 hours later to let me know that my tires were in and I could come get them. I arrived within 30 minutes and he installed them as well. I was very pleased with the price. I recommend him to the whole Ascension parish and surrounding areas. Good service is hard to find nowadays. They definitely can count on me returning. Next week, I'm having my vehicle detailed. Good job fellas!!”
“I went in for a mountain balance of a tire I had and a four-wheel tire rotation is going to charge me $50 but one of my rear tires had a knot in it and he only charged me 40 he gave me a deal on it even though he had taken off all boat tires on that side. Guitar he put on drives rides very good highly recommend”
“I have been going to Firestone in Gonzales since August 2025 for my car needs, they corrected someone else’s mistake on my car. The manager Warren and mechanic Christian are very professional and have nice attitudes. I recommend these guys for your car needs . Thanks Firestone! 👍🏾”

“Great service at Firestone Gonzales! Everyone was super friendly and took good care of my car. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. You can tell they really care about their customers and stand behind their service. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family!”
“I always get my tires from here. Never will go no where else. I had bad experiences at another tire shop they replaced a stem I payed for that then got home it went flat brought it back then got charged for another tire. No credit no nothing. U all were close that day.”
“They did their thing!!! Dude super cool and explained everything to me, showed me exactly what he was doing the entire time and what was going on. If you need something, go here. I been there twice, two different cars and they fixed everything for a good price. Worked on my car all the way through, unlike some places that take on too many jobs at once. My boy even test drove it himself before I left just to make sure everything was running smoothly. Thank you, I will keep coming there for anything I need -Raymond Ray Mr Middle Finger”

“Love love love these people. As a women, I can trust them. I know they aren't trying to get more money out of me because i don't know as much as some. I got 4 tires recently and they brought me home and offered to pick me up as well. They always do little extras for no charge. I try not to go anywhere else.”
