“I went to the Airline Hwy location after talking with Wayne about my breaks. I told him I thought I needed new ones. He said they would inspect them for free and let me know. After he inspected them he said the breaks were fine! I will be back next year when they need to be replaced, Wayne and his team were very nice and helpful! They also stayed late to put air in my tires because when he was driving my car out of the bays he noticed I had a low tire light on. He said he was going to pull it back in the shop and fill up all my tires. He said "I can't let me leave with low tires!" THANK YOU”

“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ULTIMATE TIRE AND BRAKES!!!A Dealership Misdiagnosed, slightly, the problem with my car. The Dealership said my car's bearings on my front wheels need replacing. I decided to bring my car to Ultimate Tire and Brakes, on S.Sherwood and have them check it because the dealership was, as you would expect it, Extremely Expensive. ($1660+ for two wheels). Matt at Ultimate had it checked and, yes.. it was bearings, and yes...on two wheels, but it was actually front driver and rear passenger. NOT Bothe front. And Matt did the work for just over $700! Saving me over $900!!!! This IS MY SHOP FROM NOW ON! THANKS So Much for taking GREAT Care of me and my car!”

“Sent my husband here to get a new set of tires. The ones he had were at the end of their use and we're causing the truck to shake when driving on the highway, which he does for long daily trips. SO glad we choose Fife Tire and Car Care! Dropped the truck off as soon as Mr. Fife opened and he had the tires changed before lunch and checked the rims and brake pads at no additional costs. “Had a blow out while doing my quarterly runs from Houston to Louisiana (i was in Addis when this happened). Great customer service from start to finish. The lady who initially answered the phone was super quick and polite about getting me transferred to the right person i needed to talk with. Mike didn't over sell or over promise. Everything he stated went exactly as planned. The roadside technician known as "pops" was super nice and caring. I think he honestly understood the dilemma i was in and actually had sympathy.
