I came here tonight in a bind.. the other Walgreens in Gonzales wasn’t able to fill my photo order and I was definitely disappointed since I ordered hours ahead of time and no one contacted me..
Came here to hwy 30 location and Ashley went above and beyond to help get me my order even though she’s going round and round with this dang printer in here! Thank you Ashley for caring about me and my struggle today! The world needs a million more of you!

I'm always in Walgreens had a question about this product and price. Went yo register and clerk of course didn't know after I should picture she calls manager and she DISMISSED ME basically. I still wanted the product and I paid what it rang up. I got to my car and said that unacceptable walked back in and she insisted it was not there walked back and she followed and said I wasn't loki up there. I have to make sure they stock things properly. Did she offer me an apology? Absolutely not. Please treat people with respect! I gave respect and I deserved it in return. She have insisted they ring me up for the price.

I verified the closing time before I left me home and Walgreens was closing the door se I arrived well before closing ti me. The Lady did not acknowledge me and locked the door. She could have easily helped me…… I si no y recommend this Walgreens. HORRIBLE

Arrived 10 minutes before closing time and woman was locking door and would not acknowledge me, drove 30 minutes to buy 1 item quickly and leave.
Lazy staff . Website and front door says closure at midnight but apparently they close when they want to and can’t keep the schedule that is advertised.
Not impressed at all .

Have you waiting hours just to tell you they never have anything you need. I remember when Walgreens ment something. I visited everyone and got nothing with written prescription. I guess Walgreens is gonna be the next blockbuster soon.

This store manager new there where fraudulent gift cards and still left them out to be sold. I bought one for $500 for my daughter graduation. Took the card out and it wasn’t even a visa. It was an American Express $50 gift card that wasn’t even able to be verified when calling the number on the back. When I called into Walgreens to let them know what happened to me they admitted they knew of fraud cards they took them down two weeks ago. They allowed the same company to come back and put them out again. The manager said until we have another fraud cadr we will leave them out. So now that I have one they are taking zero responsibility for it. I will never buy another one.

I am thankful that there are more options in Gonzales than here. If my only options were to use this pharmacy or to drive to Baton Rouge I would drive to Baton Rouge. Some highlights:
-Notified by phone call, email, and text message that a medicine is ready. Show up and the staff tells me I have no medication. After arguing for five minutes, I am told "Oh I messed up" and then gives me my medication. This has happened 3 times.
-Never notified if a medication is kicked back by insurance. When I do try to get details, I am told that they never got the prescription. I have to tell them check again, and only then do they give me details. This has happened twice.
-The slowest pharmacy you could possibly use IF they get stuff right.
If you rely on this pharmacy to keep you alive, get your affairs in order.

Pharmacy staff is such a joke here. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism will make you want to go out of your way to get your medicine from a different Walgreens/Pharmacy. :(
