Pharmacy staff is such a joke here. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism will make you want to go out of your way to get your medicine from a different Walgreens/Pharmacy. :(

Pharmacy is slow but that’s mostly because of the after work rush. The cashier at the front of the store is very sweet everytime I see her and the store is very clean.

Pharmacy service is just sooooo slow. Drive-thru or inside. Nothing like waiting 15+ minutes with a sick crying baby. I’ve had this experience multiple times. The pharmacy needs to look at how to make things more efficient.I do like the text reminders and refill options. I usually use the free 2d delivery options to avoid having to wait in line. But my last order never got picked up my FedEx. It had been over a week and I still hadn’t rec’d meds or a call from pharmacy telling me.

I would recommend not buying any food here. I went to grab a couple little things I needed because it was closer than Walmart, the eggs were expired by almost a week (I checked before I bought them thankfully), and the spreadable cream cheese was the consistency of water and smelled off which makes me think things weren’t properly stored before being put out considering it wasn’t supposed to expire for a couple months

If your employees are going to closed 8-10 mins before closing as a customer I should be aware. This’s the second time this happened to me. Date 11/23 closed at 11:51

This pharmacy is a joke… the pharmacist has a sense of humor equivalent to a stick in the mud. Lack of communication, no people skills whatsoever, some of the staff are ok… they just lack professionalism ALOT!

The store part is ok. Prices are higher than average but they have really good mark downs & weekly sales. They have a large cosmetic section & their high end cologne & perfume are priced great. The pharmacy I had to stop using. The wait got to be too much & there was always it seemed to be an issue with my prescriptions that were not an issue elsewhere.

Store is great. Pharmacy not so much! I have a funny last name (it's really not even that funny but they seem to think it is) and they always seem to giggle about it and like to spell it wrong (inappropriate ) way out loud. It's not funny! If you don't want to be teased go to the Walgreens on airline

Literally the worst pharmacy experience I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, it wasn't a one off. Shame on me. They seemingly choose the least qualified person in the building to interact with customers to handle those tasks.

Pharmacy is uncooperative, rude, and careless. Refuse to fill critical medication due to "shortages", yet every other pharmacy has plenty in stock. Avoid this place if you can!

After scheduling an appointment for a Covid 19 booster several days in advance. I took time off of work and drive across town for my appointment. Only to be told when I arrived that they were out of vaccines. They have all my contact information and could have easily sent me a message to cancel my appointment but instead I was told they don’t do that. This is the worst customer service I have encountered in many years!

Went there at 11:45 to get something I really needed for a sick pet and they were CLOSED. Person sweeping saw me standing at the locked door and walked away!! Not happy!

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a BOGO mousepad before Christmas on the 18th as a present. It is now Jan 8th and the order said still in progress. Called and the manager told me that I would have to cancel the order and reorder it (pay full price) or just not worry about it and cancel it all together because their computers only hold orders for a week. I asked if I reordered them would they approve the BOGO still and she refused to do it. Literally worse customer service especially from a “manager” who should have authority to fix situations like this. Get better managers please! ?
