Do not walk RUN from this pharmacy, especially if you or loved one has a prescription that your life Or well-being depends on. For three weeks, they have been telling me my child’s medication just hasn’t came in yet today after being hung up on after waiting for 30 minutes on hold I drove up there to see what the deal was. We’re not concerned a detective hung up on me. She became very unprofessional. All the wild the pharmacist, John sat and listened to her at Ear shot tried to argue with me. Come to find out these people never even ordered my son‘s medication. This place needs to be shut down and he should have his license yanked. I’ll never trust Walgreens pharmacy with my prescriptions again and I’ll never stop telling people how horrible they are.

Their breaks are from 1:30 to 2pm. They don't come back on time and they are rude ass hell. They don't care they don't need to work here if they can't be friendly.

What kind of business just closes 3 hours early for no apparent reason? This place needs to be shut down. My Dr. sent my prescription in at 3:30pm, I drove to the pharmacy at 3:50pm and they said it would be ready at 5pm. At 4:47pm they sent an automated response saying it was filled. I show up at 6pm and they are closed, lights out. The signs say open until 9pm. This isn't a donut shop that we can do without till tomorrow, this is medication to keep people alive.

Walgreens has had my prescription for a month and was told they didn’t have my prescription. I came back a week later and was in the drive through line of 9 cars which was a 30 minute wait. When I arrived at the window, I was told I did not have a prescription there by the same clerk at the window that could not find me in the system on the initial attempt to get my medication. Someone had to assist her with locating my info and she asked me to drive around again to wait 30 minutes. This location needs competent team members who can provide excellent customer service and time management. Also, please advise window clerks NOT to chew gum like a horse so the customer can understand what she is conveying.

I have to hold for at least 45 minutes and my medicine is never in stock. They are not sympathetic to my concerns. I still use them because the other pharmacies take even longer to get my medicine. The other Walgreens is even worse!!

Pharmacy does not try to help. The little girl gets visibly aggravated and acts witchy with a b. Every time I come She has an attitude. It’s absurd how they can’t communicate anything or any changes. I am changing pharmacies cause I need Someone who has communication & interpersonal skills instead of ratchet street skills waiting on me. If I could Give the pharmacy zero stars I would. Do not recommend unless you like feeling stressed out

What a joke of a pharmacy. They leave two hours early every single night. I had an asthma attack tonight and didn’t have my inhaler because of this horrible pharmacy. I showed up at 8:10 to pick up my prescription, I work in Hammond. They were closed for the fifth time I tried to go there. Sign clearly says open until 10
