Zero stars. No one at this location is helpful, filing official complaint with corporate. I used to think Walgreens service was better than other pharmacies but it is no longer the case. I was trying to get a refill of my prescription that I have a year of refills on at a previous Walgreens in Az until august 2022. They will not answer the phone even for the store and I actually need to speak to the pharmacist since they won’t fill it even though two different doctors approved it. They “closed out my rx” and said they can’t do anything and I have to call my doctor again. I’ve had them do this every month I’ve been here and they won’t resolve the issue. I’m tired of bothering my doctor for refills that already should be approved. I’m going to run out of meds and it’s 100% Walgreens fault. It says my call can’t be completed every day this week I’ve called and they are open and not closed for lunch when I call. Unacceptable.

This is one of the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I was displace and filled a medication one time at the Walgreens on airline in Gonzales. I told them it was one time and this month had to get them back to Dons in Hammond. They told me I had to wait cause they where going to lunch for 2 hours. Then my pharmacy called them and was put on hold then got cut off after 30 minutes. He called back was place on hold again whitch no one ever answered. I finally got through 10 minutes before my phar4 close and the lady said for them to call her back at this point I said no. I told her she needed to call as he was not going to go through this as they are busy and doing there jobs she needed to do hers. Never want to go there again. Now I won't know till the morning if it has been done

The only reason this store gets a one star rating is because there isn’t anything lower. I had less than a weeks worth of pills when I tried refilling my prescription. I was told it was too early to refill. I tried calling Walgreens only to be left on hold for 30 minutes. When the phone finally started ringing, it rang for 10 minutes. By the time it was answered it was after closing time and they hung up on me. Now I have to go into the store and they are going to wish they answered the phone.

Walked in to see if they had over the counter Covid tests. I asked the woman upfront if they had over the counter Covid tests. She said "No".So I asked if they were out and if she knew of a location that carried them. She just kept saying, "No", and "I dont know." to every question I asked.I realized that she did not speak English and had no idea what I was saying. All she had to do was direct me to someone that could actually help me.Will not be back. Horrible customer service.

Me and my wife are currently sitting in the drive through pharmacy. There was 3 cars ahead of us and we have been sitting here for almost an hour. These pharmacist are 100% completely incompetent and every single one of them should be fired. I would leave no stars if I could.

I’ve been unable to use my rewards points for a long time due to my zip code somehow being changed in the system to an old zip code from years prior but had been told for months and months that they couldn’t edit it in the store for me and correct this info. Today I went in and was asked so nicely if I would like to correct this mistake in the store! I was then able to finally use my points and got my $5 off. Thank you to the employee at store #11281 in Gonzales, LA for all your help!

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I waited on hold for on hold for 30 mins then the phone finally started to ring but no one answered. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Then you go in and all you get is a nasty attitude. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

The cashier didn't even talk and was rude when I asked if the makeup I was purchasing was broke after she dropped it. Not the first time dealing with rude employees at this location. Last time here.

My online order for pickup was massively delayed. And when I went in to buy what I had already ordered online and ask to cancel my order, the pharmacist had a rude tone and told me I needed to do that at the front. I wouldn’t buy anything here if my life depended on it because clearly they cannot provide any kind of service.

If I could give no stars I would pharmacy is horrible I called them 3 time on 8/23/21 the first two time I was hung up on. When I got a hold to a lady the 3rd time I told her I was hung up twice she was rude and told me we were busy. I am not calling for the second time today and got hung up on after being on hold for an hour! They are ridiculous and unprofessional I would never go there or call they will rudely hang up on you and be very unprofessional!!

Walgreens is a very good place to work and shop. I didn't have any problems shopping there. They had everything I needed.
