Even tho I was disappointed by the Surgery area, I was impressed by the Pharmacy area. They went out their way to make a bad situation excusable.

they think they are doctors and if you have a prescription by doctor and they don't think it should be filled they will not feel itsomebody needs to let them know that doctors are smarter than them and that they should fill the prescriptions the doctors tell them to their very uppity and think they know it

Very poor customer service called for almost an hour finally called the front of the store and transferred to pharmacy they put me on hold for over 20 minutes then picked the call back up and hung up with saying a word. Called back to the front asked for a manager and ask if she could find out if my medicine was ready and could get another refilled. She flat out refused and threatened to wig out on me.

Helpful. I get most of my meds from mail order quarterly from health plan.

Dropped of prescription and was told a 45 minutes wait. Ok I had groceries to get anyways, fine. I come back at 45 minutes only to find out when i was told they didn't need my insurance card at the beginning was false. They DID need it! So I was then told it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes wait. Screw it! I'll never fill here again! They could've paged me, called me, something! By this point I had cold food that could wait another 45 to leave this place! The staff wasn't very pleasant either.

Most of my household gets medicine or prescriptions from there and we never have a problem besides going through hoops when calling it's always no problem in person. Auto refill is easy and the options to get texted or called when prescription is done is great.

Good.....unless you're getting any pain meds, then you need to COUNT YOUR STUFF and make sure you have it all. 3 different times I was missing meds & had to fight to get it EVERY time. Even when I counted right in front of them before leaving the store!!!

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I called back 3 times within a week. She raised her voice to me. I never got my prescriptions. DON'T GO THERE.
