The hard drive on my laptop completely failed while I was in the middle of a large project. Ed was able to get my laptop up and running (and save all my files) in just a few days so I could get back to work, and the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be trusting Ed's Computers with any future computer repair needs I have.

Great service, quick repair and HONEST people. Could have told me I needed a new system, but, told me my computer was good and just needed a new hard drive. And showed me how to operate the new system. As an older person with limited computer skills I was thrilled.

Had Nathan do a home visit to repair a computer problem. He came within two hours of our call, dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently and was an extremely polite and helpful young man. He also willingly helped with a phone problem. I have no hesitation in recommending MyTech, a great local business!

My laptop screen went black in the middle of my first class on my first day of college. It wouldn't code back on. I was absolutely freaking out and googled PC repair nearby, and Eds came up. I called, the woman on the phone was very nice and said bring it right in, and it could be up to a 2-3 day wait. LESS THAN 24 HOURS later they called- all fixed! I was prepared for a $100+ bill for this... it was only $30. So thankful for these great people, and I highly recommend their services!

They went above and beyond in helping my husband fix his Asus laptop. When he couldn't get his Bluetooth connection to work with the Bose, they said just bring it back in and we'll figure it out, no extra charge. Reasonable rates; all three people he dealt with were extremely polite and helpful.

Outstanding service from Adrian, had a power surge take out the power supply in my pc. Fortunately Mytech were open on a Saturday afternoon and I was up and running again within an hour, no travelling to the city required. Had the option of a more expensive 750w power supply but Adrian down sold me to the 600w, which speaks a lot to me about service.
