And in that time I have never been disappointed. First, Mr. Hill is going to show you what is causing the problem. Then, if it is something he can fix, which is usually the case 95% of the time, he is going to explain to you what needs to be done and the cost of doing that, in addition to any options or other factors that are relevant.
Now, here is the most important factor for me. If the problem falls within that 5% he thinks needs more specialized attention, he is going to refer you to the best place(s) to have the work done. He is not going to keep the work just to make money for himself.
