If I could give it zero stars I would. I’ve been using this storage for 3 years and when I recently went back to my storage all of my stuff was GONE and yes I had a lock on it, and not just any lock a actually storage lock and those are hard to break. He won’t answer the phone and I’ve called him several times. My parents have called and left voicemails as well. So we came to the conclusion that he either stole all of my things or threw them away without a notice or text and yes I still have the messages and call logs between me and the owner. If you try to file a police report they are just going to tell you to contact him so you already know what that means.

Not a place to conduct business at all, they do not have business phones and conduct business using their cell phones. They don't answer any phone calls, I was scheduled to move my things into a unit and on the day of, nobody was there or around to help me. They refused to answer their phone and still charged my card as if I moved my things in. Very unprofessional, do not leave your things here there are much better options out there.

they never answer the phone and when i went back to get something out my lock was broken and my sound system was gone

My daughter's unit was broken in to items were taken. Called phone number several times with no response.

Cant access storage after 5pm and owner never answers his phone. Absolutely no customer service.
