The drive thru is not up to par. Everytime I come here I am asked to wait up ahead for 10-20 min. I'm assuming it's so the system that manages thier time does not show just how long its taking them to provide the food. If they could fix this, I would come here more often

They messed up my order twice before I even got the food so I just requested a full refund, and then the attitudes started and made a huge deal about me bringing the 4 drinks back in. I said I would just pay for those separately and she said it would be expensive. One of the worst experiences at Popeyes I’ve ever had, but it’s honestly not saying much.

Great everywhere you eat it. It's just gotten pricey. 6 butterfly shrimp for 12 dollars. Much when the shrimp are shrimp basket size. I know it's what it is!

Staff doesn't care about the customers. Store opens at 10am. I went in at 10:30 they didn't anything ready and told me it would after 11 before they were ready to serve. A few days later went back at 4:30pm. One cashier to handle both drive through and inside, one cook and one manager who stayed on her phone in the corner the whole time. Waited 15 minutes to place my order and another 15 minutes to get my food. I will not be going back to this location.

Stopped in to pick up a couple of spicy chicken dinners to go. There wasn't a clean table in the entire place, and miscellaneous trash was on the floor, especially in certain corners of the dining area. Not only was the cashier who took my order a little rude, but she was locked in a "hook-up" debate with the cook, who was apparently working there for more than just a little chicken on the side. The discussion between the two was easily heard by the entire restaurant. Won't be going back to this Popeye's at all. Food was okay, but I had barely a tablespoon full of the side items in the containers when I finally received my food.

Extremely pissed, I sent my husband to popeyes to order a 10 pc family meal. I recieved 6 legs 2 thighs and 2 wings and a breast. I asked for specific pieces and recieved the total opposite. I asked for double mashed potatoes with extra gravy. I recieved 1 LG mashed potatoes with a half of teaspoon of gravy. I couldn't even eat the potatoes they were dry and chalky without gravy at all. He was given 2 LG cajun rices in the place of the other sides I wanted. I had a coupon and still spent 42 bucks. The cashier never gave him a receipt. The family meal was 21.99 on the coupon but I still paid over 40 dollars. Highly recommend another popeyes! I've never been to a restaurant that gives their customers the complete opposite of what they want!!

When I arrived there, the staff were tending to the drive thru orders. The cashier noticed me and said she would be with me shortly. Then the manager saw me and said as soon as she took the food out to a customer parked she would take my order. The cashier ended up taking my order. There were no other customers in the lobby besides me and they tended to me with speed and courtesy. They cooked my food fresh and they were very polite. The cashier even brought my food to the table for me. While dining in i could hear the manager taking drive thru orders. The manager was the one on the drive thru headset. She was so pleasant and professional. It is very rare these days to have someone speak to you with kindness especially when they are busy at their job. I have to say the entire experience was great.

The first problem I had was I was told I can't place phone orders for large orders, even for the business I work for. I had to take extra time out of my day to drive over and place the order and wait. The business I'm in, time is money and I'm not at work, I'm losing money. I get there and place the order and ask for some of the sandwiches to be plain. I get to work with the order to find the plain sandwiches still have pickles on them. I don't understand how someone can mess up a plain sandwich. It's just chicken and bread. Needless to say, it's going to be a very long time before I return here to get lunch for a my team.

The service manager was incredibly rude from when I first approached the counter to when I left. This was the worst customer service I have received in a decade. Whoever owns this Popeyes location needs to fire the current service manager and replace her with someone that has an ounce of customer service.
