I scheduled a passport appointment for three children. Filled out the forms. Checked the kids out of school. Scheduled out of work to make the appointment. Arrived and showed the postal clerk my email confirmation, correct time and address and we were denied our appointment.

Why am I not getting any mail all of a sudden?
I guess I better pay the office a visit because this is stupid. How hard is it to deliver mail to the right address? Jesus Christ!

I went today, and there wasn't a sign on the door saying they were closed, but they were closed. Finally realized it was President's Day after drinking so the way over there for a stamped envelope.

I don’t normally deal with post offices cause I don’t have the need. I did have a need this time for a passport and the clerk Kinia was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, understanding and helpful.

This location should be shut down, a waste of taxpayer dollars. Consistently poor service, the latest was the morning of 9/19/22. There was a guy in front of me trying to buy stamps with his credit card but the clerk said his machine wasn't accepting it. Then I tried to buy stamps with cash and the clerk said he couldn't accept that either. Just close this place down and we can get stamps/mail packages at Rouse's, they provide quick/effective service.

Absolute worst service. I own a small shop and drop off a large number of packages to my local PO frequently. My local PO is temporarily closed for repairs. When I dropped packages off the postal worker and the post master were both extremely rude and unhelpful. They initially did not want me to leave my packages, then they wanted me to leave them in a cart outside. Really disappointing.
