You're so-called clerk at the deli where they sell the hot food as soon as you walk in the door next to the diesel fuel Islands is completely horrible to listen to and deal with yes this person is named after a very Northern State that's connected to Maryland West Virginia and the capital of the state is Richmond all I can say is I would hate to be the person that has to reside with this female or even have to work the shift with her her behavior is deplorable not that anything will ever be done about it but at least people should know who the lookout for beware this person even though Halloween is over the broom flies real low at this location

There's a terrible service at the DELI checkout... the staff just ignored me and started working with the next person in line. I had to leave without food.

Tried to have them submit a ticket to my company for some coolant, wiper fluid and glad handle seals, i was told by the lady at the service desk to drive to petro because they didnt have any of these items lol i assumed a repair shop would carry these basic items but i guess not 🤣, based off her facial expression it seemed like i interrupted what she was doing and she just didnt want to check or submit a ticket for me to get the items, based off the reviews this place isnt that good i figures i asked since i was stopping here for break but if you need anything basic for your truck do not stop here save yourself the time!!!!!

If I can give this place zero stars I would... driver kiosk not available and app won't let you use shower credits, like if any body would want to shower in this moldy showers pop stains in toilet..

I have been a little to patient for the situation. My truck needed a PM, and I took it to the TA in Greenwood, La. on 07/22/2025 Drove my truck in and let them start the process. Went and sat in the break room and the receptionist, called and said the guy working on my truck needed to speak to me. I walked back in to the bay, and the guy said, he think he took off the wrong filter. He want on talking about the oil change. I left and went back into the break room. About and hour later, the receptionist called and said that my truck was ready. I paid for the service and drove out the shop. I'm on I-20 headed east about 4 to 5 miles out and the engine start making a loud knocking noise. I pulled over and called the TA. She sent one of the guys that was working on the truck out and he came with a bottle of oil in hand. I turned the truck back on and it start knocking again. He didn't know what to do, said it was coming from the front of the engine. I told him, that I would be taking the truck to another shop to see what was wrong. My truck was towed to another shop, and the manager stated that the engine was damaged and need to be replaced. I've bee reaching out to the store manage every since and received no kind of answer. My insurance company has tried to reach them and no support. I spoke with another lady in customer service to reach the claims department, she informed me that they would reach out to me, and I couldn't reach them. It's been almost 2 months and there is still no answer. Today is 09122025. This is the most frustrating, irresponsible and unprofessional situation that a company of there size could have ever shown. No one never called and said, will reach out as soon as possible or nothing. There was no problems with the truck, before the PM. I just completed a load, that was taken to Springhill, LA., then drove to the Loves and fueled up and then drove over for and oil change. This isn't professional, we all make mistakes, they need to be held accountable. They have stopped the flow of my business, since that day.

The front desk staff member working the morning shift needs to be more professional. She was joking with her friends instead of focusing on customer service, and at one point she was just sitting in the chair without assisting customers.

Road in & out is not as rough as most. It was clean & people were friendly. Adam's Pizza across the street is worth the walk!

Ridiculous old woman working before midnight at the cashier she closed the register for over 1 hour and over 20 customer got in while she's standing there chet chatting with the officer she need to be fired

One of the cleaner T/As. Staff was friendly, and courteous. Was well stocked. Restrooms were clean and orderly.
