Today I went to this store with a friend, the lady who was in the store discriminated against us in such a way that we asked her for help and she told us to wait and sit down and she never attended to us again, because we were Latinas just because they didn't pay her to sell. It was horrible every played on there phone the whole time and the customer disappeared for however long so the new iPhone 15 I bought I had to transfer and switch phone myself because she was not there to help and took me welll over 2 hrs to get my new phone and transferred over and I was the only customer there !!!!

Mya was so helpful and sweet.She gave us info on where to go to get our AirPods and help us add our apple watches to the line quickly. She had a great and positive spirit since we walked in the store and left. They need more associates like Mya to make a customer feel more welcomed and relieved when they visit this store. The oakwood store is by far my favorite at&t, all the reps are extremely friendly and they sure as heck know their stuff. They are an authorized retailer but WAYYYYYYYY better than any of the corporate stores nearby. They will continue to recieve all of my business. Thank you guys for being amazing

Gia is an outstanding manager, I came in not to happy with at&t because my bill was too high and she not only dropped my bill hut I left with so much more stuff as well. Gia is a wonderful rep and deserves a raises!!!
