Those two ladies need to stop hiding in the backroom and show a little more respect towards the costumers I've been with boost mobile for a very long time the Last time I went in to pay a bill I was in first and two costumers after me but one of the ladies ignored me and took the costumer after me

I have been purchasing from this store for nine years and never had a problem until today(May 23, 2024 at approximately 4:15pm). I went in to purchase a cheap phone because I dropped mine and the screen cracked. The phone was listed on boost mobile website for $9.99. The lady in the store told me that the phone was $9.99 and total cost was going to be $140.00. When I questioned the amount she told me that the additional amount was for setup fees and taxes. When I questioned the amount again she told me that I could pay the amount, cancel my account or leave. I told her that I was going to file a complaint and her response was good luck with that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I called boost mobile and purchased the phone for $9.99 plus tax. I wonder how many people have been ripped off by her. I will never set foot in that store again and I will tell anyone who uses boost to never use that store.

Had to go and get a new phone. Not a very technical person, a very nice young lady took and transferred my info to my new phone and downloaded and backed up my information to the cloud to free up memory. Very nice and courteous younger lady,very well versed in the phones,their operation, and the sales and promotions. Very pleased with everything
