“The king salmon fillets I bought and cooked were the best pieces of fish we ever ate . Creamy and delicious ! I started them skin side down in my Finex cast iron griddle , then put them in my old thermidor oven . I greased the ribs on my cast iron griddle with beef tallow to prevent sticking and put some avocado oil on the skin of the fish . I told my husband to wait because I wanted to take a picture … Oh well … tomorrow will be crab cakes and venison !”

Meat market, deli, and a full restaurant all in one.
We had the daily special: a chicken parm with English peas which blew my socks off and also a cheeseburger poboy. All of it was fantastic.

Its very small place They unload on the parking lot with pallet jack only. No docks. Very fast unloading, only 2 pallets I had. TO EXIT: continue Lasalle st(witch is now Simon Bolivar ave), Loyola ave Right, go under the bridge and make immediate Left to Hwy 90 Bus.”
