“I happen to wander into Jim Owens Flooring, Kitchen and Bath, to check out the cabinets. I’d been to several places before and was never very impressed with the quality of the cabinets, the enthusiasm of the sales person or the layouts -which for the most part, was just fitting new cabinets in the same old tired way I already had them. For whatever reason, my vision fell flat with each place I’d visit. I often felt rushed, like I was bothering the sales person when I asked about specific details or wanted to make any changes from a generated layout. That was until I met Jeremy at Jim Owen’s- Jeremy did a great job putting my vision on paper, did some computer generated images and gave me great ideas and suggestions for color pallets, cabinet pulls and countertops, all which I could see in person before I ordered. There were no vague details, hidden fees or the constant upsell I’d usually get. Six weeks later my Showplace cabinets were delivered by true professionals from Jim Owens -who handled everything with care, unloading these incredibly heavy, well made cabinets. The cabinets look fantastic and are far superior than anything I’ve seen. My wood range hood vent and floating shelves are off the charts! Great recommendation! My kitchen all came together perfectly. Jim Owen’s sell quality products and you won’t find better costumer service anywhere. I recommend stopping by if you’re looking to do any kitchen updates or renovations.”
