I have used The Storage Center for the past 4 months at the Behrman Place New Orleans location, and my experience has been CONSISTENTLY unpleasant. When I book the unit it was a Life Storage company and the process was seamless. My first experience with The Storage Center was to inquire about a late fee when auto pay was set up. I was rudely informed by an employee (that was not helping me) "you got a late fee because you late". I made my account current, updated my payment, and have continued to receive late fees and notices of payment issues. None of which have anything to do with my ability to pay or my payment method, but rather account system failures and lack luster customer service. In an effort to be proactive I went into the facility on the 1st of the month to insure my account was current and auto pay was in place when I was rudely informed by the same rude employee "ma'am your account is fine" only to receive and email the next day about payment issues. The perk of this service was the contact free environment, however I am forced to make contact and treated as though I'm the problem. The payment system should be reevaluated as well as customer service expectations.

Ms. Tamika was so amazing and friendly. She made me feel really welcomed and valued. She took me to go see the unit I was going to rent to make sure it was a right fit for me, and she is fast and efficient. Also she is easy to talk to and be around! She has made my experience wonderful, and makes me feel safe and that my property will be safe as well.

I've been a customer here for a while. Ms.Tamika was very helpful in getting me the right size storage that I needed when I downsized. Very friendly and gives great customer service. Facility is very secure and very clean.
