I reserved my unit online to move in for the next week. I received a phone call and I informed them of my plans. I had high hopes because the interaction was pleasant and informative. I went in on the date I stated and the person at the front desk told me that the computers were down. She took my phone number and advised that she would call me back. The next day I called again and left a message with someone else and she stated that she was unaware of the computers ever being down. I left another message. I still have not received a phone call from this business. Everything was all a go until I walked into the business, infer what you like based on this interaction and that fact that I was not treated as a valued customer.
