Scheduled appointment for Saturday morning at 8am. Arrived at the store at 7:50 and was told, “I’ll call when it’s ready”. Told the person I’d wait and was told their store was short staffed, there was only one technician on duty, there were two people ahead of me, and he didn’t know when the car would be ready!!!! Why have appointments if there’s no staff to do the work? The “one tech on duty” sat nearby eating his breakfast in clear view of waiting customers! Why was he eating when he was supposed to be working???? VERY poor service. I’m calling corporate and making an official complaint.

I do not usually leave reviews, especially Bad ones. I bought a warranty for my tires and one of the tires keep going flat. They keep telling me I am the one that hit the tire on something and that’s why it is going flat after I proved that the tire wasn’t hit by showing the spot where the tire was “hit” wasn’t the area leaking air they just said oh it’s a manufacturer warranty not ours. Don’t buy tires or warranty. Crooks good at taking money but not doing their job.

MAKE SURE THEY TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS ON YOUR TIRES!! I found this out the hard way some time ago when my left rear tire flew off my car about a mile down the road after picking it up from a tire rotation!! Thankfully no one was hurt and the tire landed harmlessly in the median about a quarter mile down Lapalco!! How that tire didn't hit anyone or anything is truly a miracle!! Firestone gave me some free stuff for their error but really it never should have happened. I had been going to this location for a really long time (20+ years) but not anymore. When I left for good, I found that the management here was no longer getting the job done and their quality of work had gone drastically downhill.

After a complete failure on another tire company I went to Firestone . Purchased 4 new tires with road hazard. Getting a better tire, better warranty and service than the other tire company offered. The service was quick and professional by all especially the front desk advisors. The only gripe was had to wait for a new set of wheel locks as one broke. Firestone paid for it so I was happy about that. The only other hiccup was the service person who brought my truck around to the front the building from the service bay left the vehicle in drive and turned the vehicle off not a safe thing to do! He also adjust my seat all the way back!

Great service, great mechanic. Surprisingly it was a female mechanic who explained everything in plain English. I highly recommend this Firestone location.

I brought my car in to get my wheel bearings change and inform the mechanic that the front wheel bearings were going bad. The mechanic test drove my car and came back and stated that it wasn't the front wheel bearings but the back wheel bearings were bad. I paid for them to change the back wheel bearings. The next day my car was still making the same roaring noise so I called Firestone back to let them know the issue still exist. Another mechanic test drove my car and came to the conclusion that it was the front wheel bearings not the back wheel bearings. I had to pay for the part, but not the labor to fix the problem. After the wheel bearings were changed, I started my car up and my dashboard was lit up with the ABS light, Pre-collision light, and the Lane departure light. I will never bring my car to Firestone again. I came in to get one problem fix and now I have to wait until they can get the sensors in to do the repairs . This has cause me time and money. No apologies have been given at this time.

I’m from out of state and was traveling to the area on Sunday and my AC in my vehicle quit blowing cold. I found this business on the internet and made a appointment for them to look at my vehicle on Monday morning at 7:00am. Since they were going to have the vehicle I also told them to balance and rotate the tires and align the front end as well as look at my windshield washer nozzle that was not working. I finally received a call at around 4:00 pm and was informed that the ac needed repair and they don’t repair AC units in vehicles but they would have the other items finished by end of shift for me to pick up. When I picked up vehicle I was shocked that the front end alignment had been done but no wheel balancing or rotation was performed and the alignment and fixing a bad spray nozzle was $419.00. They would not recommend another shop to work on my vehicle to fix the AC and I was on my own. If you don’t work on AC systems then you don’t need to say you do. You should at least perform the services asked of you in full or decline the job up front. I’m very disappointed in my service at this location and probably will not use a Firestone complete auto care center again anywhere.

Bought tires on line. There was a button to choose this place for install. Decided to ship to my house. Came in and told me they don't install customer supplied tires. After all the business I did with this location? Nah bring business somewhere else..

Brought in a fleet rental to these jokers, kept the truck the entire day. No call to say that the truck wasnt covered by Enterprise. I just happened to call to check on the service.
