Extremely rude employees who give zero service. I walked in and said hello to both women, they ignored me. They were too busy talking crap about another coworker. I browsed the small selection and neither offered help or asked if I need anything. As I was leaving, I pulled the door not realizing I had to push. One girl literally YELLED "push!" while the other laughed. Rude! There's an Athlete's Foot a few stores down. I recommend going there instead.I'd give this zero stars if Yelp gave that option.

Kids footlocker has the worst customer service and incompetent staff I have ever met! The management team is terrible and a disgrace. I have had several incidents concerning customer service with them but the latest took place on Saturday 9/30/2017 which turned out to be a nightmare. The store lacks professionalism, common courtesy, and intelligence. I was insulted, harassed by the staff, embarrassed, humiliated, and defamed! I am outraged by this incident and will pursue legal action against this business. I encourage no one to shop with these people! I will make sure that they pay for what they put me through and if I we can not come to a compromise I will get the media involved to be sure everyone know how they operate!!!!! I can be contacted at

I had a very horrible, unorganized & dissatisfying customer service experience. Everyone called themselves a manager. They need to get that title entitlement in order, because the 1st guy stated they compared prices, then the other guy wanted a new picture from the picture I showed them 2 days ago. They insisted I was lying about prices and they had no way to prove the shoe was that price. I went to the Champs next door & they sold out of the shoe. Another femal manger went next door making me feel like I was lying as a customer over $10. I was trying to save money but I was not trying to be treated as a customer who would scheme over $10. I asked the 3rd manager ELLIOTT (who was more than rude he insisted I wait until he got his line down that was hanging out of the door, before he could give me higher management information). I will never again be back into the Kids Footlocker or Champs in Oakwood. Champs- when I walked in after the 3rd manager went next door to ensure the price check from a baby shoe that was sold out, I heard the young lady there tell her I was lying. That was very disrespectful and degrading for a woman of my caliber. But then, I unfortunately recognized what city I was in and the level of ignorance I see and you deal with here. Elliott and his staff need more customer service training and management definitely needs management training.
