At first I couldn't find it because I was looking for the actual sign Forever 21,which is not there. The sign that is there is XX11. Anyway the store is beautiful and well organized. What's
needed are more cashiers. The checkout line was long with one cashier ringing up.The plus is , the cashier was very pleasant. I will visit again because there was a nice selection of ?.

This is a big store! They have a nice inventory and they are helpful and friendly. I found shoes that's in a larger size and a cute romper! I also bout a bunch of socks since everything was 40% off. Yay! They have a men's section and a kids section. This location is inside the Oakwood Mall near the food court.

Though there were clearances, it was quite pricey. Not much organized. The sizes were weird and hard to follow. Couldn't find much of anything.

Was there yesterday with my daughter to shop for a purse. Turns out they had buy 1 get 1 free accessories for that section only. We picked two purses and waited in the long line just to be told that one of the purses was not included in the sale. Turns out, there were several purses in that sale section that were not included. Very misleading. I didn’t argue, I just went and picked another purse. Walked up to the front of long line and was told to get back in line. My mind was blown. Why should the customer have to pay for the store’s mistake. Very unorganized and the sales associates are not well dressed to be working in such a trendy place. Treat the customer better and get your sales in order.I do not recommend shopping in this dirty, rundown XX1 location where the employees could care less about the customer’s time.

I have found decent pieces at this store for reasonable prices, but I worked for this company a few years ago and let me tell you how it truly is. Most of the employees are females with a bad attitude that don't know how to treat customers or their coworkers. Very unprofessional and ghetto setting but that's what you get when you hire a bunch of unprofessional hood rats without proper training, not a good place to work if your a pretty girl with real goals, definitely bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service and employment!!
