Just tried to pop in at this location at 4pm on a Monday and the door is inexplicably locked. Not an employee in sight.

I had to file a complaint with corporate because of how horrible the customer service was at this place. For some reason, my thermogenic didn't have enough pills in it, so I asked to exchange for another bottle. The lady accused me of trying to get free pills and that it was absolutely impossible that the bottles could be bottled incorrectly. I stood my ground and she called customer service. As they were both laughing at me about how ridiculously "obvious" it was that I was stealing, they decided to give me what I wanted. She begrudgingly handed me another bottle, shook it in my face and said, "SEE. It's sealed, but you can check it." I was so angry, I was speechless. And this is why people prefer ordering online, as I will from now on. The corporate guy was really sweet and said it was completely unacceptable that they did that. Too bad it's too late to make it right.

Joshua the Rep in the Gretna store is very rude, not informative and interrupts you before you can finish your question. When asking for information regarding the products he gives you the impression that your suppose to have all the Information already. Horrible customer service!
