Really nice place to come and get your DOT physical done. Very Professional and they were able to get me a next day appointment!! From now on I will be coming down every 2 years for my CDL physical.

I'll keep this simple. I went to Gretna Medical to see their doctor about a weight loss medication called Tirzepatide, and I was incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention I received. I came in knowing nothing about weight loss and came out with a prescription medication that helped me drop 24 pounds!

Needed to lose weight and found this weight loss clinic. I didn't know what to expect but I'm glad that I came! I was giving medication to help me lose weight and I'm down a good 25 pounds. Fantastic! The good part is that this clinic lets me simply walk in and they're only a 5 min drive from my home in the westbank.
Gretna Medical Center offers urgent care services and bills as a primary care to keep costs affordable. The services that the clinic offers include weight loss, X-rays, immigration physicals, DOT physicals, Coast Guard Physicals, Medical Clearance for Surgery, STD testing, and same day COVID testing.
We are located in Gretna by the Expressway and currently provide access to patients all throughout St. Charles, Jefferson Orleans, and River Parishes.
The drive time is only 5 to 10 minutes to our facility if you are located in Terrytown, Harvey, Marrero, Belle Chasse, Timberlane, Woodmere or Algiers.
