“If you are looking for a workout place after a long day at work this is my kind of place to workout with some peace and quiet. Nice, clean atmosphere to get your stress out. You don't have to sit and wait for a bench or machine. You can get your workout in and get out within an hour. The staff is awesome and helpful if you have any questions. I highly recommend it.”
